Terms of service

will draw:
- nsfw, BDSM, violence, anthro, feral, human, creatures, drugs and alcohol, horror, etc.won't draw under any circumstance:- nazi propaganda, hate speech, incest, pedophilia, sexual assault, zoophilia etc.may draw under proper negotiation:- mecha, extreme fetishes (ask which), profitable content (t-shirts, designs, anything you intend to profit on)you cannot under any circumstance:- use, Sell, edit or repost without consent and/or negotiation
- claim my art as your own regardless of negotiation (this shouldn't even be here)
- ask, insinuate or beg for free art
- ask for any modifications after the piece's done
- ask for refund after the commission's started. I will refund a percentage depending on the progress, but no refunds will be made to finished art.
- turn my art into nft. that's a very loud no.you may:- share my artwork with proper credits (reposts only allowed in social media i'm not engaged with, upon my written and expressed consent)
- use my art for personal purposes, with no profit involved (printing, tattoing, roleplaying, using as gift etc.)
- criticize
- ask me about any doubts, especially if nothing here can help you with themyou must:
- pay upfront
- unless you wanna give me artistic freedom, you need to send as much visual references you can. if that's not possible then i ask for a clear, detailed and easy to understand description of your commission. it's okay to send moodboards too :) they help a lot!
- suggest modifications only when i ask you to. depending on the progress of the piece modifications may cost a tax. please guide me as i am working on it
- specify when given artistic freedomi must and will:- let you know when i start on your commission, as well as when any modification is available
- let you know about any delays
- finish your commission according to queueimportant things to be aware of- depending on digital material means i depend on power. delays might happen as blackouts are common where i live
- like anyone else i am a living person with personal problems. if any delay occurs because of that i will let you know, but that does not mean it is your business
- if you have a deadline of sorts please plan yourself beforehand. art takes time and energy and i need those, the more complicated the commission the better it is planned at least one month beforehand
- don't feel intimidated to talk to me! customer service is top priority :)

IMPORTANT NOTES AND ADDITIONAL FEES

- extra characters will be added as a plus bust / waist / fullbody.
(i.e: in a lineart commission with two fullbody characters, they are gonna be charged as $35 x2, three characters are gonna be $35 x3 and so on);- an extra fee will be charged for expedition, placing you on top of queue (+100% on total commission price)
